Terms and Conditions

• Order-12 to 24 piece minimum order, depending on type shirt, colors, front and back, etc,
• Prices- All products, prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Delivery- Free local delivery is available in most cases.  Expedited courier service or freight --incurs additional charge.
• Payment Terms- COD unless prior credit is authorized.  Most new customers require a deposit down with order.
• Order Processing- Job order processing requires proper authorizing, i.e., Purchase Order issued, initials on quote to convert to PO, any required deposit, etc.
• Production Time- Normal production time is two weeks from accepted order confirmation from customer. Expedited service may incur additional charge.
• Returns- Any items received should be counted and inspected and verified by customer.  Wisdom Works assures the production count is correct, typically with three countings through the production process. Any items received with defective material can be returned within 72 hours of delivery for refund or replacement.  Non-defective material cannot be returned.
• Customer Acceptance- Production counts are verified three times or more before delivery.  Any discrepancies must be reported by the next business day from delivery.
• Order Modification- Modifications to order, after order is accepted, may incur additional charges.
• Product- We stock the finest quality product from America's reputable mills.  We cannot guarantee against shrinkage, fading, etc.( although such an occurrence would be rare with the product).
